Noy Alexander was born in southern Laos but immigrated to the United States as a child.  She grew up in the state of Hawaii and began working out at the age of sixteen. Noy began competing as an amateur in 1999 and went on to win the Ms. Designer Body competition her first year.  She took a break from the sport until returning to compete in four amateur events in 2008.  In 2012 Noy earned her pro card by winning the NPC USA National Bikini Division title.  Between 2012 and 2016 Noy competed in twenty-five events as a pro including three IFBB Arnold and Mr. Olympia events.

Noy founded her own fitness company, NoyFit, in Las Vegas before relocating to Miami.  NoyFit provides individual workout and nutrition programs to those looking to get into shape or enter competition.  In addition to general fitness plans, she offers both in-person and online stage posing instruction.
